How long does a typical project take?
A standard ebook production runs 2–4 weeks. Websites typically take 4–10 weeks depending on scope. You receive a concrete timeline with your quote before anything begins.
Do you work with self-published authors?
Yes. Roughly half our ebook clients are independent authors. We offer the same production standard at a scale (and price) that suits a single title.
What do you need from us to start?
For ebooks: your manuscript in any common format and any artwork you have. For websites: your content, brand assets if they exist, and an hour for the kickoff conversation.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Every project includes 30 days of support. After that, we offer flexible care plans covering updates, backups and content changes — or we hand over documentation so your team can self-serve.
