What we collect and why
Contact form: your name, email address and project details — so we can reply to your inquiry. Newsletter: your email address — so we can send the monthly letter you asked for. Client accounts: your name, email, optional company and phone, plus the projects, messages, files and invoices connected to your work with us — so we can deliver the service you're paying for. Technical: the IP address attached to form submissions, used only to prevent abuse.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run third-party advertising or tracking scripts. We don't send marketing email unless you subscribed, and every newsletter includes a way out.
Where your data lives
Data is stored in our website database and retained while your account is active or your inquiry is open. Client passwords are stored as one-way hashes — we cannot read them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe by replying to any issue. Deleting a client account removes its projects, messages, files and notes from our systems.
Cookies
We use only session cookies required for logging in to the client portal and admin area. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Fonts
Pages load the Manrope and Source Serif typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google's servers. Google may log those requests; see Google's privacy policy for details.
